SUMMARY:DPA Member to Give Lecture / Poetry Reading at Osher Institute of Lifelong Learning
DESCRIPTION:DPA member David P. Kozinski\, A Delaware Artist Fellow\,  will present a lecture/poetry reading at the University of Delaware’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute\, 2700 Pennsylvania Avenue\, Wilmington\, on Friday\, Oct. 19\, from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. He will read from his own work and discuss his journey as an artist as part of the Delaware Division of the Arts’ program to recognize artists for their work and to promote the arts in Delaware. Kozinski is the author of a full-length collection\, “Tripping Over Memorial Day” (Kelsay Books) and a chapbook\, “Loopholes” (Broadkill Press)\, which won the Dogfish Head Poetry Prize. He also creates and regularly exhibits abstract visual art in Philadelphia and around the region. An RSVP is requested. \n
